Sizes

All sizes are approx, images maybe cropped to fit our standard sizes. Some of the image on the canvas panels maybe lose around the side of the wrap.

Your photo to canvas service

Image quality:
Images uploaded should be a minimum of 500kB in size, some smaller sizes may work please email us before purchase and we will let you know.

Not all images will go to canvas some maybe subject to blocking or pixelating, we will endeavor to get the best result.

All canvas orders will receive a free email proof before printing.

Please remember the sharper and bigger the image the better the canvas will look.

ALL Deliveries:
Delivery will be within 3-5 day, but we will endeavor to deliver next day where possible. All deliveries will be recorded sign for, if you are not in you will have to pickup from your local depot.

Trade

Payment, Title & Risk:
Following delivery of the goods to you, EBS Gallery will send you an invoice for the goods provided, such payment to be made within 30 days or such other time period agreed between the parties. Risk in the goods will pass to the Buyer immediately on delivery of the goods but Title in the goods will remain with EBS Gallery until such times as all or any monies due and owing from the Buyer to EBS Gallery have been discharged. In the unlikely event that the Buyer fails to discharge all or any monies due and owing to EBS Gallery, EBS Gallery and/or its servants or agents may enter upon any premises owned or occupied or controlled by the Buyer where the goods are situated and repossess them.

Stands:
EBS Gallery retains ownership of stands at all times. They are provided free of charge for the sole use of selling products sold by EBS Gallery. In the unlikely event that products not belonging to EBS Gallery are found in the stands, EBS Gallery reserves the right to remove the stands without reference to the Buyer. During the use by the Buyer of the stands, they should be kept in the standard/condition they are delivered in. Damaged or lost stands will be invoiced as follows

• Double panoramic print stand = £149.99 + VAT
• Canvas Easel = £99.99 + VAT

Refunds

We offer refunds in exchange of credit within 7 days.

Any returned goods postage charges will be at the customers costs

Damage in transit/faulty goods will be exchanged on receipt of goods back the warehouse.

It is your responsibility to check goods before signing for them. If you receive a parcel that looks damaged please check inside before signing for it and send back to us if damaged via the delivery driver.

No refunds will be given for your photo to canvas orders.
